About this site
Gili Renggit Timur sits off Lombok's northwest coast, in the Gili Islands area of Pemenang district within North Lombok Regency. The site lies near Gili Anyaran, one of the smaller islets in this cluster off West Nusa Tenggara, away from the more heavily trafficked Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air, with boat traffic to these smaller gilis typically departing from the Lombok mainland or the main three islands. It is a wall dive reaching a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated a beginner site. Divers have also reported reef sharks here.
