God's Cave lies along the rugged limestone coastline of the Chania region on the northwest side of Crete, in an area typical of this part of the island where boat access from coastal towns reaches nearby rocky shoreline and cave features. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated an intermediate dive.
