About this site
Grand Mal lies along the western coast of Grenada, on the Caribbean Sea side of the island just north of St. George's. The area is part of Grenada's leeward shore, where the coastline gives way to sloping volcanic seabed typical of the island's dive sites. The reef here reaches a maximum depth of around 28 metres, and divers have reported angelfish and lobster on the site.
