About this site
Santa Barbara Island is a small island within Channel Islands National Park, off the Southern California coast between the mainland and Santa Catalina. Its offshore waters are part of a broader kelp forest and rocky reef system typical of the northern Channel Islands, and dive sites around the island are generally reached by boat from harbors such as Ventura or Oxnard.
