About this site
Hikari no Shower (光のシャワー) is a shore-entry reef on Okinoerabu in Kagoshima Prefecture, with a typical depth of around 16 m. The dive combines a hole in the rock with the light that falls through it, along with coral and fish, and it is the island's leading shore site. Suitable from beginner level.
