Hill Rocks lies within Coiba National Park, off Coiba Island on Panama's Pacific coast in the Gulf of Chiriqui. This marine protected area is known for its rocky islets and seamounts scattered around Coiba, typically reached by boat from Santa Catalina or nearby operators.
