Hillsboro Ledge lies off Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach in Broward County, Florida, part of the ledge and reef system that runs parallel to the coast near the Hillsboro Inlet. This stretch of Florida's southeast coast is known for its low profile limestone ledges running roughly north to south, reached by short boat trips out of the local inlets.
