Hilutungan Island Marine Sanctuary sits off Hilutungan Island, part of the Olango Island group within Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu, Philippines, and is reached by boat from the Mactan area, a common jump-off point for dive and snorkel trips in the Camotes Sea. As a protected marine reserve with a wall, it offers a beginner dive to a maximum depth of around 15 metres. Divers have reported barracuda, frogfish, and trevally along the wall, and some have noted strong currents at certain spots within the sanctuary.
