About this site
Hole in the Rock lies along the coast of Sulawesi, Indonesia, in the general area around Bunaken and the Minahasa peninsula in North Sulawesi. It is a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 30 metres, part of the stretch of coastline in the Celebes Sea where the shoreline drops into deeper water not far offshore. Dive sites here are typically reached by boat from towns along the coast.
