About this site
Horse Head is a dive site off the coast of Puerto Galera, on the island of Mindoro in the Philippines, part of a stretch of coastline along the Verde Island Passage known for its many named reef and muck sites. Boats out of Sabang or Small La Laguna typically reach sites in this area within a short ride. Horse Head reaches a maximum depth of around 25 metres and is rated a beginner dive.
