About this site
Hot Springs lies off Aceh, on the northern tip of Sumatra in Indonesia, in waters where volcanic activity along this coast produces warm seeps of the kind that give the site its name. It is a beginner dive reaching a maximum depth of around 15 metres. Divers have also reported hot water bubbles rising from the seabed and traces of sulfur in the area.
