About this site
This vibrant reef sits just off Inhaca Island in Mozambique's warm Indian Ocean waters. The site features a sloping coral garden teeming with colorful fish, moray eels, and occasional reef sharks. Gentle currents make it ideal for beginners, while the 12-18-meter depth offers great visibility. The highlight is an old shipwreck covered in soft corals, attracting schools of tropical fish. Expect encounters with turtles, rays, and seasonal whale sharks. The shallow sections near the island's edge are perfect for snorkelers. Water temperatures stay warm year-round, with best conditions from April to November.
