About this site
House Reef sits along the Lembeh Strait in North Sulawesi, the narrow channel between the Sulawesi mainland and Lembeh Island known for its resort-based muck diving. Many properties along this stretch of coast maintain their own house reef directly offshore, accessed straight from the jetty or beach rather than by boat. The site runs over a reef bottom and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have also reported dugong sightings here, though that is not something encountered on every dive.
