The Hunsdon wreck lies off the County Down coast of Northern Ireland, near the entrance to Strangford Lough where the tidal narrows meet the Irish Sea. The waters here are shaped by strong tidal flows moving in and out of the lough, and the wreck sits at a maximum depth of around 39 metres.
