About this site
Islas Coronado are a small group of islands off the coast of Baja California, Mexico, just south of the California border near Tijuana and San Diego. They sit in the Pacific Ocean and are reached primarily by boat from San Diego. Diving here reaches a maximum depth of around 13 metres and is rated a beginner site, making the islands accessible even though they are otherwise known mainly as a landmark along this stretch of coastline.
