About this site
Japanese Seaplane is a wreck dive in the Florida Islands, on a Japanese Mavis seaplane that sank during the Second World War. It sits upright on the bottom at 30 metres, and it is an impressively large, mostly intact aircraft.
The site is also excellent for macro subjects. Pipefish and twin spot gobies can be found on the reef top, and spinecheek anemonefish live there as well, so it is worth looking beyond the plane itself.
