About this site
Jardin Japonais is a reef dive off Terre-de-Bas, one of the two main islands of the Îles des Saintes archipelago south of Guadeloupe in the Lesser Antilles. The site is typically reached by boat from the small harbors of the Saintes, set among the volcanic terrain and rocky coastline that mark this island group. It reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres, and divers have reported scorpionfish and sea turtles on the reef.
