About this site
Jikomalamo is a dive site off Ternate Island in North Maluku, part of the Maluku Islands in eastern Indonesia. Ternate is a small volcanic island in the Molucca Sea, historically known for its sultanate and its role in the spice trade, and sites along its coast are typically reached by boat from the town of Ternate. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres, and divers have reported parrotfish and snapper along the reef.
