About this site
Kobozu (小坊主) is a boat dive at Kuki in Owase on the Kii Peninsula coast of Mie, six minutes from the harbour, with a maximum depth of 30 m and an average around 20 m. The dive runs deep at 25 to 30 m around a large reef with fine soft coral and many colourful fish such as anthias and cherry anthias. Large longtooth grouper are sighted often. Current at times, intermediate and above.
