About this site
Kuda Thila is a thila, a coral pinnacle rising from the atoll floor within North Male Atoll, Kaafu Atoll, Maldives, typically reached by dhoni or dive boat from the resorts and islands scattered across the atoll. It reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres over a reef bottom and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported clownfish, fusiliers, and nurse sharks around the pinnacle, and stonefish have also been noted on the reef, so care around the bottom is worthwhile.
