About this site
Shore site on the Aix–Culoz road with a small car park (La Pierre à Bise, also Pointe du pêcheur menteur), where the bottom drops steeply. Dive northwards: the fine drop-offs lie under the bend, and a variant enters at the Pierre à Bise and exits at the Challières beach. Arctic char spawn in the scree due west of the entry; look from a distance and do not disturb them. South is a plain 45-degree slab of little interest except at night. A marker buoy is required and anglers must be respected.
