About this site
Le Polynesian is a wreck dive site off Marsaskala on Malta's southeast coast, in the Mediterranean Sea. The wreck lies at a maximum depth of around 65 metres and is rated a technical dive, resting on a sea floor of sand and wreckage. Divers have reported strong currents around the site, so conditions can add to the challenge of the depth. The area around Marsaskala Bay is known for several artificial and natural dive sites accessible from the shore or by short boat rides from the town's small harbour.
