About this site
Light House is a reef dive site off Port Glaud, on the west coast of Mahe Island, the main island of the Seychelles archipelago in the western Indian Ocean, likely named for a nearby navigational beacon along the coast. Dive operators based around Mahe's coastal towns run trips out to sites scattered along its granite shoreline, and this one reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres, rated as an intermediate dive. Divers have also reported whale sharks passing through the area.
