About this site

Long Rock lies off Little Corn Island, part of the Corn Islands in the Caribbean Sea off Nicaragua's eastern coast, roughly 70 kilometres from the mainland port of Bluefields. It's a reef site with a maximum depth of around 12 metres, rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported barracuda, batfish, eagle rays, fusiliers, grouper, lobster, moray eels, nudibranchs, octopus, sea turtles, stingrays, and even the occasional whale shark around the rocky outcrops and reef formations here.
