About this site
Lower Diabag Pier offers a sheltered dive with easy shore access. The shallow, sandy bottom slopes gently to around 10 meters, dotted with scattered boulders and kelp forests. Look for crabs, lobsters, and small fish hiding among the rocks. Visibility varies but is often best at slack tide. The old pier structure provides interesting artificial habitat. Ideal for beginners or night dives, with minimal current. Water temperatures stay chilly year-round, so a drysuit is recommended. The scenic Highland coastline adds to the experience.
