About this site
Racha Yai Island lies south of Phuket in the Andaman Sea and is a common day trip destination for boats out of Chalong Pier. Lucy's Reef marks one section of this coastline, a reef site reaching a maximum depth of around 40 metres, rated a beginner dive with light current and good visibility. Lionfish are a regular sight here, and divers have also reported clownfish, frogfish, pipefish, pufferfish, and scorpionfish among the reef structure.
