About this site
Lutoban North lies along the coast of Negros Oriental, on the Dumaguete side of the strait facing Apo Island, in the Visayas region of the Philippines. Dive operators based around Zamboanguita commonly run boat trips to this stretch of coastline as part of the string of sites along the same shore. Divers here have also reported trevally passing through the area.
