Mandarin Bay lies off the coast of Sabah near Semporna, in the Sulu Sea area known for its sheltered reef bays. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 15 metres and is considered a beginner-friendly dive. Divers have also reported eagle rays passing through the bay.
