Mandy's Eel Garden

Mandy's Eel Garden lies off Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras, an area known for its fringing reef and steep drop-offs along the island's north and south shores. Sites in this part of Roatan are typically reached by short boat rides from West End or West Bay dive operators. This spot sits over a sand bottom to a maximum depth of about 12.2 metres, with visibility generally described as great, though it is rated technical. Eagle rays, garden eels, and stingrays are regularly seen here, and divers have also reported mantis shrimp, scorpionfish, and wrasse on the sand.
