About this site
Manta's Place sits on the reef surrounding Providencia, a small Colombian island in the western Caribbean, part of the San Andrés and Providencia archipelago that lies well offshore from the mainland coast. The site is a shallow reef dive, reaching a maximum depth of around 9.1 metres, and is rated a beginner site. Divers have reported manta rays passing through here, though sightings are not a given on every dive. As with other sites around the island, it is typically reached by a short boat ride from the local settlements.
