Marianna Shipwreck

The Marianna Shipwreck lies in the waters of the Notio Aigaio region of Greece, in the southern Aegean Sea among the Cyclades island group, an area known for a mix of small coastal wrecks and rocky reef terrain. The wreck rests on a sandy or rubble bottom at a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported grouper around the structure, and the site has a reputation for rough surface conditions, swell, and a remote location, with penetration into the wreck considered a real hazard for those who attempt it. Because of these conditions, it is worth treating with some caution even though the depth itself is moderate.
