About this site
Krk Island sits in the Kvarner Gulf off Croatia's northern Adriatic coast, connected to the mainland by bridge and known for its rocky shoreline and numerous dive sites around its bays and channels. The Michaela Wreck lies off the island on a bottom of wreckage at a maximum depth of around 74 metres, rated a technical dive. Divers have reported seahorses on the site, alongside whatever else the wreck structure itself has come to host over time. The waters here are part of a region popular for boat diving out of towns such as Krk, Malinska, and Punat.
