About this site
Mike's Delight sits off Pura, a small island in the Alor archipelago within Indonesia's Lesser Sunda chain, reached by boat from Alor's coastal villages or from liveaboards working the region. The site is a reef dive to a maximum depth of around 30 metres, rated intermediate, with light current and good visibility over a reef bottom, a gentler profile than much of the Alor area's reputation for strong currents and volcanic seabeds. Divers here have reported angelfish, damselfish, garden eels, parrotfish, and sweetlips along the reef, along with sightings of Napoleon wrasse.
