About this site
Mulroy Bay is a narrow sea lough on the north coast of County Donegal, in the Irish province of Ulster, opening to the Atlantic between the Fanad and Rosguill peninsulas. Its long, sheltered inlet is fed by tidal currents flowing through several narrows along its length. Diving here reaches depths of up to 50 metres and is rated technical, reflecting the demands of the deeper water found within the lough.
