About this site
Mundoo Kandu is a channel site in Laamu Atoll, on the eastern side of the Maldivian archipelago near the island of Maabaidhoo. Kandus in this region cut between the outer atoll rim and the open sea, connecting the reef flats to deeper ocean water.
