About this site
Munk's Heaven is a dive site along the leeward coast of Bonaire, part of the fringing reef system that runs close to shore around much of the island, typically reached from the shore road that circles the coastline. Divers here have reported greater star coral and Caribbean Christmas tree worms on the reef structure, along with hawksbill turtles, French angelfish, smooth trunkfish, western Atlantic trumpetfish, and stoplight, princess, and queen parrotfish moving over the slope.
