About this site

Forest is a shore dive site along the leeward coast of Bonaire, part of the island's well-known string of marked dive sites accessible by car and entered from the rocky shoreline. Like much of Bonaire's coast, it fronts a fringing reef that slopes from shallow water into deeper terrain just offshore, reaching a maximum depth of around 30.5 metres and rated as an intermediate dive. Divers here have reported moray eels, nurse sharks, and sea turtles along the reef.
