MUSA, the Museo Subacuático de Arte, lies in the waters off Cancún and Isla Mujeres in Quintana Roo, Mexico, home to several hundred submerged sculptures designed to encourage coral growth over a reef bottom. It reaches a maximum depth of about 12.2 metres and is considered a beginner-friendly dive, making it accessible by both snorkel and scuba depending on the specific installation visited. Visibility here is generally great, which helps bring out the sculptures against the surrounding reef.
