About this site
The waters off Mombasa, on Kenya's Indian Ocean coast, hold several wreck sites used by local dive operators, and the MV Dania is one of the named wrecks in this area, typically reached by boat from the town or nearby Nyali and Bamburi beaches along the coral coastline of southeastern Kenya. The wreck lies down to around 35 metres and is rated an advanced dive. Divers have also reported barracuda, grouper, and reef sharks around the site.
