Ninho D'Guincho lies along the coast of São Vicente, one of the northern islands of Cape Verde in the eastern Atlantic off West Africa, in waters shaped by the open Atlantic exposure typical of this part of the archipelago. Divers here have reported blackbelly rosefish, comber, rock-pool blenny, and spotfin burrfish around the site.
