About this site
North Island lies in the Seychelles archipelago, part of the granitic inner islands north of Mahé in the western Indian Ocean. The waters around it feature the same granite boulder formations that characterize much of the inner Seychelles, dropping into sandy channels between the islands. Diving here is rated a beginner level, and visibility is generally great, making the reef an accessible spot within this island group.
