About this site
Tiga Island sits off the coast of Sabah in the Malaysian part of Borneo, within the Kimanis Bay area of the South China Sea. The island is best known outside diving circles as the location for a reality television series, and its waters are dotted with mud volcanoes that periodically vent onto the shore. A dive site near its old lighthouse would be reached by boat from the mainland coast of Sabah.
