About this site
The Olive Branch is a freshwater wreck dive in New York, resting in the Great Lakes region. The intact wooden schooner lies at a depth of around 90 feet, offering excellent visibility in cold, clear waters. Divers can explore the well-preserved hull, deck structures, and cargo holds. The site attracts schools of bass and perch, with occasional sightings of lake trout. Ideal for intermediate divers, the wreck provides a fascinating glimpse into 19th-century maritime history. Winter diving is possible but requires drysuit experience due to chilly temperatures.
