About this site
Olympia Maru lies in the Coron Bay area of Palawan in the Philippines, one of several Japanese wreck sites in these waters tied to a wartime air raid. The wreck sits on a bottom of its own structure and reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres, generally treated as an intermediate dive. Divers exploring the site have reported batfish, pufferfish, and scorpionfish around the hull.
