About this site
On the Rocks is a reef dive site off Siquijor, an island province in the Bohol Sea south of Cebu and Negros in the Visayas, typically reached by boat from towns such as Larena or Siquijor town. The site sits over a reef bottom to a maximum depth of around 24 metres and is rated a beginner dive, though currents here run strong and are worth respecting despite the grade. Barracuda and nudibranchs are a regular sight on the reef, and divers have also reported eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, lionfish, humphead wrasse, reef sharks, sea turtles, snapper, trevally, and tuna passing through.
