About this site
She was used as a fish tug as well as a small packet boat. Reports conflict on this vessel, this wreckage was discovered in 1997, uncovered by shifting sands, but Pat Labadie and other sources report she was recovered and converted to a diesel, and used as a towboat called South Shore, lost November or December 1932 on Lake Michigan. Lies in about 3 m; sank 1914.
