Outer Pulmo Coral Reef sits off the coast of Cabo Pulmo in Baja California Sur, part of the wider Cabo Pulmo National Park on the Gulf of California, the reef system often cited as one of the oldest hard coral formations in the region. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 27.4 metres and is considered an intermediate dive.
