About this site
Palace Wall lies off New Providence in the Bahamas, along the edge of the Great Bahama Bank where the shallow bank gives way to the deep drop-off into open ocean water. As a wall site, it follows that steep transition from the bank rather than a flat reef. Divers here have reported Brazilian ocean surgeonfish, Caribbean bluehead wrasse, flamefish, French grunt, and schoolmaster snapper along the site.
