About this site
Panagsama Reef sits off the coast of Moalboal on the western side of Cebu in the Philippines, a stretch of shoreline long known for its easy shore-entry diving. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers here have reported frogfish, nudibranchs, sea turtles, and seahorses along the reef. Moalboal's shoreline reefs are typically dived directly from the sand, making this a convenient entry point along that coast.
