Piedras De Carlitos lies off San Andrés, the main island of Colombia's San Andrés and Providencia archipelago in the western Caribbean Sea. The island's coastline is ringed by a coral shelf and reef structures typical of this offshore Colombian territory, with dive sites reached by short boat trips from the island.
